Free Shipping:
We offer free UPS Ground shipping on all orders over $50.00 anywhere in the contiguous United States. Destinations, such as Hawaii and Alaska are not included. These locations require UPS 2nd Day Air delivery and all appropriate air shipment charges will apply. See chart below for approximate rates. Most of our products are shipped directly from our store unless otherwise stated. All orders received by 1:00 PM CST will be shipped out same day - providing product is in stock (In high volume periods such as the Christmas Holidays shipping times may increase.)  After which, items will be shipped out the next business day. (Business days are Monday through Friday.) If you need an item by a certain date, please let us know and we will be happy to accommodate your needs. We make every effort to process all orders in a timely manner. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by factors out of our control. To ensure prompt, quality delivery service, please be generous and allot extra time for special events and/or during the holiday seasons. Please shop early to avoid any unforeseen mishaps!!

We Ship via UPS to all destinations within the 48 contiguous States:
UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please use a valid street address to ensure prompt delivery. Expedited Shipping and/or Special Requests are available upon request, however, these fees are not covered by Northwestern Cutlery and will be processed at the actual UPS costs.

International Shipments:
We do ship Internationally but only to: Canada. Please place your order on our website and we will then send you an e-mail with the shipping charge amount for your approval. Upon your approval your credit card is then charged and your order is shipped. Your credit card will not be charged and your order will not be shipped until we receive a response from you confirming the shipping charges. 

Shipments Via U.S. Mail:
Orders requiring delivery to a P.O. Box (incl: APO, FPO) and/or U.S. Territories, Guam, Puerto Rico, & Virgin Islands, will be sent via U.S. mail. Please refer to the 3 Day Select shipping column for the appropriate mailing charges.

Heavy Weight/Over-Sized:
Shipping of any heavy or over-sized items, (i.e. as Cookware sets, large baking sheets) or extra heavy items (i.e. some cutting boards, some baking sheets) may be subject to additional freight charges.
